Government Description
Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) at nuwcdivnpt provides all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, environmental, quality, and security controls to accomplish simultaneous maintenance, sustainment, repair, and minor construction projects. Includes interior and exterior renovations, roofing, Heating, Ventilation, And Air Conditioning (HVAC), Low Impact Development (LID), environmental and hazardous material abatement, concrete and foundation work, painting, and paving. Recent projects include exterior paint projects for buildings 105, 106, and 110, HVAC retrofit for building 110, first floor annex renovation in building 1320, cooling system upgrades, and restroom renovation in building 106. Coordination with Architect-Engineer (A-E) contractors may be required, and all work is performed in accordance with Navy and local requirements.
