Spectral Labs Inc., San Diego, California, is awarded a firm-fixed price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-reimbursement, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N66001-25-D-0013) in the amount of $39,100,000 to provide radiation sensor production in support of the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific’s Radiation Detection, Indication and Computation (RADIAC) project. Work will be performed in San Diego, California. This contract includes a five year ordering period that starts Dec. 2, 2024, and ends Dec. 1, 2029. No funds will be obligated at the time of award. Funds will be obligated as delivery orders are issued utilizing other procurement; operations and maintenance; and research, development, test and evaluation funds. This contract was competitively procured via a Request for Proposal N66001-24-R-0024 published on the SAM.gov web site and the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) e-Commerce Central web site.
