Vlf/lf broadcast communication system. Work performed includes engineering services and support for vlf/lf transmitter and antenna systems, maintenance and upgrades to Fixed Submarine Broadcast System (FSBS) infrastructure such as hoist and house staircases, holt bushings and circuit breakers, and tower inspections at sites including awase, Iceland, and cutler north. Tasks also encompass assessment and repair of insulators, replacement of guy wires, tuning container work, propagation tool software support, and fleet engineering support for broadcast communication operations.
