Johnson Control Navy Systems LLC, York, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $155,980,424 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for 350-ton high efficiency super capacity air conditioning chiller plants, backfit kits, auxiliary components, and related materials. This contract includes an option which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $197,225,022. Work will be performed in York, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by September 2028. Fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $95,678,001 (61%) were obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the 2025 fiscal year.
