Johnson Control Navy Systems LLC, York, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $112,448,082 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract 350-ton high efficiency super capacity air conditioning chiller plants, auxiliary components, and related materials. This contract includes an option which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $202,336,474. Work will be performed in York, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by September 2028. Fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $19,052,592 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the 2025 fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured via SAM.gov in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
