Government Description
CVN RMMO IDIQ Base Contract. Supports the Repair, Maintenance, Modernization, And Overhaul (RMMO) Of Homeported United States Navy (USN) Nuclear Propulsion Hull Classed Aircraft Carriers (CVN) for forward deployed naval forces Japan, primarily at Ship Repair Facility-Japanese Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) yokosuka. Includes ship repair, preservation, installation of canes hardware, catapult and aircraft elevator overhauls, insulation, scaffolding, hangar bay repairs, deck covering replacement, and modernization efforts for CVN-73 USS george Washington and CVN-76 USS ronald reagan during Selective Restricted Availability (SRA) and other scheduled maintenance periods. Contractors develop work specifications, plan material installations, submit production schedules, provide condition reports, maintain digital records, and ensure compliance with NAVSEA standard items and joint fleet maintenance manual requirements.
