HDR Engineering Inc., Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded a $249,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for civil engineering projects. This contract provides for civil design and engineering services. Work will be performed at Navy and Marine Corps installations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii area of responsibility and is expected to be completed by March 2031. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,000 will be obligated at time of award for the minimum guarantee, and funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
