Overview
Government Description
The contract will provide ventilation and exhaust systems cleaning services at various locations, oahu, Hawaii. Includes furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform cleaning services on ventilation and exhaust systems. Tasks include cleaning kitchen exhaust systems, operational testing, scheduling, cleaning fan and main ducts, cleaning laundry dryer vents and ducts, servicing exhaust hoods and ducts, mold remediation, inspection/survey work, and sampling for microbial air analysis. The contractor must ensure services do not disrupt facility operations and must properly contain and dispose of residues collected during maintenance in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
