Includes furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, and transportation necessary to perform operations, maintenance, repair, alteration, inspection, testing, demolition, minor construction, and installation for various systems and equipment such as autoclaves, sterilizers, boilers, unfired pressure vessels (UPVS), air compressor systems (HPAC/LPAC), wastewater instrumentation, generators, liquid nitrogen storage facilities, trolleys, vehicle wash racks, and similar systems. Tasks performed include preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and replacements such as steam kettle replacement, boiler repairs, steam relief valve repairs, flowmeter repair and calibration, autoclave replacement, hot water tank and steam bundle replacement, feedwater pump replacement, shear repair, and clear water rinse facility restoration. All work is completed by personnel trained and certified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and in accordance with applicable standards and qualifications.
