Nagamine Okawa Engineers Inc.,* Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a maximum amount $10,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for various structural design and engineering services located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii area of responsibility (AOR). The work to be performed provides for design and engineering services for the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, bidding information including preparation of design-bid-build or design-build request for proposal contract documents, and investigations for various structural engineering and other types of projects under the cognizance of NAVFAC Hawaii. Work will be performed at various Navy and Marine Corps facilities and other government facilities within the NAVFAC Hawaii AOR. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of April 2021. Navy working capital contract funds in the amount of $10,000 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. No task orders are being issued at this time. Future task orders will be primarily funded by operation and maintenance (Navy and Marine Corps); and Navy working capital funds. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 10 proposals received.
