Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), California Base Operations Support Contract (BOSC) recurring services - base period. Provides facilities support services including maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction, as well as custodial, pest control, integrated solid waste management, wastewater, base support vehicles and equipment, and environmental services.
