Provides facilities support services including maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction, as well as custodial, pest control, integrated solid waste management, wastewater, base support vehicles and equipment, and environmental services. Work performed includes support for field training exercises (FTX) through provision of portable toilets, hand wash stations, and dumpsters; repair and replacement of pumps at lift stations; galley grease pumping; and repair and maintenance of freight elevators and elevator door motors at various NBVC buildings.

The work to be performed provides for BOS services. The maximum dollar value is $76,444,534, including the base period, seven option years, and a six-month option.
