Hunsaker and Associates San Diego Inc.,* San Diego, California, is awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for surveying and mapping services within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southwest area of operations (AO). This contract provides for the performance of surveying and mapping services in support of construction planning. The maximum dollar value, including the base and option periods, is $10,000,000. Work will be performed at various military installations in the NAVFAC Southwest AO to include California (87%), Arizona (5%), Nevada (5%), Colorado (1%), New Mexico (1%), and Utah (1%), and is expected to be completed by April 2032. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000 (minimum contract guarantee) will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
