Government Description
AE cercla rcra. This contract provides Architect-Engineering (AE) environmental support services, including installation restoration program groundwater support, feasibility studies, remedial investigations, corrective action plan implementation, Long-Term Monitoring (LTM), Land Use Control (LUC) inspections, site management plan updates, environmental restoration program support, and pollution prevention plan updates at various Navy and Marine Corps installations. Additional tasks include monitoring and reporting for groundwater, soil gas, and indoor air at restoration sites, time-critical removal actions, operation and maintenance of mitigation systems, and pfas remedial investigation and engineering studies. Work is performed at multiple locations primarily in California, with additional sites in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and other U.S. Locations.

Work will be performed in, but is not limited to, California (94%), Arizona (1%), Nevada (1%), Colorado (1%), New Mexico (1%), Utah (1%), and other locations in the U.S. (1%), and is expected to be completed by September 2028. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and three option years, is $95,000,000. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000 will be obligated at time of award in order to satisfy the minimum guarantee and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
