TK Elevator Corp., El Cajon, California, is awarded a maximum $23,660,431 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed price contract for vertical transport equipment maintenance services for Navy and Marine Corps installations in the San Diego, California, area. The work to be performed provides for labor, supervision, management, equipment, and materials to perform various maintenance services. The term of the contract is not to exceed 66 months, with an expected completion date of April 2027. The initial task order is being awarded at $3,623,764, and work for this task order is expected to be completed by November 2022. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance (Navy); operation and maintenance (Defense Health Program); and operation and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $3,623,764 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
