Government Description
I.D.I.Q. Ordering environmental services. Includes operation and maintenance of government-owned facilities for the processing and disposition of industrial and/or oily wastes (IW/OW), management of Hazardous Materials (HM), Hazardous Waste (HW), and Other Regulated Waste (ORW) collection sites, including Containerized Solid Waste (CSW) and Oil and Hazardous Substance (OHS) spill response, as well as professional services for environmental compliance projects at Navy and Marine Corps installations in the southwest region. Tasks performed under this contract include tank replacements and certifications, repairs and modifications to hazardous waste storage and transfer facilities, Open Burn/Open Detonation (OB/OD) permit modifications, pump replacements, receiving basin repairs, and nitrate/nitrite tank closure or removal.

Work will be performed at Navy and Marine Corps installations in the Southwest Region and will be completed by March 2029. This contract includes seven option periods and an option to extend for six months. Fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $9,395,724 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
