Base operating support services at Naval Air Station Fallon, NV. Includes maintenance and repair of heating and cooling systems, roofing projects, airfield electrical vaults and cabling, geothermal well repairs, crane services for aircraft recovery, installation and replacement of generators and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), lighting upgrades, elevator repairs, sewer and water line repairs, fire protection pipeline repairs, custodial services, and improvements to training and kennel areas. Additional tasks involve replacement of boilers, chiller systems, HVAC units, electrical recclosers, and maintenance of airfield and runway infrastructure. Services also cover installation of security grating, signage, custodial cleaning, and grounds improvements.

Defense Base Services Inc.,* Anchorage, Alaska, has been awarded a $21,486,197 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for base operating support services at Naval Air Station Fallon. The maximum dollar value including the base period, seven option years, and one six-month option is $232,998,151. Work will be performed in Fallon, Nevada, and is expected to be completed by September 2025. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Fiscal 2018 operation and maintenance (Navy, Marine Corps, Marine Corps Reserve); fiscal 2018 Defense Health Program; fiscal 2018 Navy working capital funds; and fiscal 2018 family housing operation and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $21,486,197 for recurring work will be obligated on individual task orders issued during the base period.
