Government Description
Indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for Architect-Engineer (AE) services for general type facilities located throughout the naval facilities engineering systems command (NAVFAC) area of operations, worldwide. The contractor will perform multi-discipline design and engineering services including DD1391 documentation, design-build rfps, design-bid-build construction documents, cost engineering, related studies, field investigations, surveying and mapping, tests and evaluations, consultations, training, program management, conceptual designs, geotechnical subsurface exploration and studies, hazardous materials identification, energy computation, life safety code studies, interior space planning/design, value engineering, shop drawing review, omsi, commissioning, construction inspection, and pcas including as-built drawing preparation. Facilities serviced under this contract include operational, munitions handling and storage, warehouses, administration, religious, dining, recreational, security, child development centers, bachelor quarters, and other lodging facilities.
