Government Description
Comprehensive Long-Term Environmental Action Navy (CLEAN) is a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect and Engineering (A-E) environmental support services within NAVFAC atlantic’s area of responsibility (AOR), primarily in the NAVFAC mid-atlantic, NAVFAC Washington, NAVFAC eurafcent, and Puerto Rico. Provides A-E services including program management and technical environmental services in support of the Department of the Navy's Environmental Restoration Program (ERP), encompassing tasks related to the Installation Restoration Program (IRP), Munitions Response Program (MRP), and similar programs at Navy and Marine Corps sites. Work is performed across Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, the district of columbia, Puerto Rico, and occasionally europe and other DOD installations, with services also available to any NAVFAC command or other federal agency activities worldwide.

Work will be performed at Navy and Marine Corps sites in North Carolina (25%), Puerto Rico (25%), Virginia (25%), Maryland (10%), Washington, D.C.
