May 2025: KBR Services LLC, Houston, Texas, was awarded a $55,580,167 indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract for base operations support services at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa (CLDJ); and Forward Operating Location Facility Support, Chabelley Airfield, Djibouti, Africa (Chabelley). Work performed at CLDJ, and Chabelley will be completed by May 2034. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and nine option periods, is $476,757,164. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance, (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $51,366,695 for recurring work will be obligated on individual task orders issued during the base period. No funds will be obligated at time of award. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities website with seven offers received.
