INCLUDES PROVIDING BASE OPERATIONS SUPPORT (BOS) SERVICES AT U.S. NAVAL AIR STATION (NAS) SIGONELLA AND ITS OUTLYING SUPPORT ACTIVITIES IN SICILY, ITALY, INCLUDING SERVICES SUCH AS GENERAL INFORMATION, MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION, FAMILY HOUSING, UNACCOMPANIED HOUSING, FACILITY SUPPORT, CUSTODIAL, PEST CONTROL, INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT (ISWM), GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND LANDSCAPING, UTILITIES (UTILITY MANAGEMENT, ELECTRICAL, WASTEWATER, AND WATER), TRANSPORTATION, AND ENVIRONMENTAL.

HDR Engineering Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, is awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N62470-25-D-0011) for professional services to support Navy public works predominantly within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic area of operations with a concentration of work within the continental U.S., the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, and Southwestern Asia. The contract has a maximum value of $60,000,000 and has a base period of twelve months with four one-year option periods. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of Sept. 17, 2030. Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance, Navy funds in the amount of $10,000 are awarded at the time of award as a minimum guarantee. Future Task orders will be primarily funded by operations and maintenance, Navy funds. This contract was competitively procured via the sam.gov website with three offers received.
