Bos contract for isa air base in Bahrain. The work performed includes management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental engineering to provide services such as force protection, fire and emergency services, emergency management, galley, unaccompanied housing, facility support (including facility management, investment, custodial, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping), utilities (electrical, wastewater, water), transportation, and environmental support at isa air base and its outlying sites, including the patriot battery site in riffa. Additional tasks include generator and HVAC repair and replacement, galley and meal services, vehicle and equipment maintenance, landscaping, installation and repair of utility infrastructure, provision of buses and containerized offices, force protection services, and removal of hazardous chemical systems.

Jun 2020: Vectrus Systems Corp., Colorado Springs, Colorado, is awarded a $27,202,797 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N62470-20-D-0010) for base operations support (BOS) services at Isa Air Base, Bahrain, and its outlying support sites including the Patriot Battery Site, Riffa, Bahrain. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and seven option periods, is $210,090,820. Work will be performed in Riffa, Bahrain. The BOS services to be performed include general information, management and administration, fire and emergency services, safety, supply, housing (bachelor/unaccompanied housing), force protection, galley, facilities investment, custodial, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping, utility management, electrical, wastewater, water, transportation and environmental. Work is expected to be complete by August 2028. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Fiscal 2020 operations and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $19,071,686 for recurring work will be obligated on an individual task order issued during the base period. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with four proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
