Government Description
ITT Based Modification. This Award Provides Modernization, Concurrency, And Lethality and Survivability (L&S) Upgrades for Both Freedom and Independence Class Integrated Tactical Trainers (ITTS) and Associated Peripherals, Including Hardware and Software Technical Refreshes. The Upgrades Overhaul the Mission Combat Control (MCC) And Integrate the Atalanta Weapons System (ATWS), addressing interfaces to shipboard systems such as ram, searam, SPS-75, SPS-77, SPS-80, bme, gccs-m, SLQ-32C(V)6, nulka, mk 48 gws, gpnts, atd/obt, TI16 mk 6 MOD 1 cds, UPX-46 iff, C2P technical refresh, shipboard gridlock system / auto correlation, entr ntm data, and mk 87 integrated oth. The contract includes contractor performed technical support, cybersecurity, software design and development, and trainer installation for fielded lcs itt systems.

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Orlando, Florida, is awarded a not-to-exceed $99,000,000 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide required lethality and survivability modernization to littoral combat ship (LCS) integrated tactical trainers (ITTs) to ensure that the fleet is training on devices that are aligned with the LCS ship functionality for both the freedom and independence variants for the Navy. Additionally, this contract provides for trainer hardware and software technical refreshes, contractor performed technical support, cybersecurity, and software design and development to the fielded LCS ITT systems, as well as trainer installation. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (45%); Mayport, Florida (35%); and Orlando, Florida (20%), and is expected to be completed in January 2029. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B). The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (N6134023D0007).
