Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Royal Australian Navy (RAN) MH-60R training system upgrades and modifications and one Enhanced Landing Safety Officer Part Task Trainer (ELSOPTT) frigate, guided missile Trainer. Includes Procurement Of One Mh-60R ELSOPTT and Associated Data Packages, Technical Engineering Change Requests, And System Configuration Upgrades for Fielded Training Systems Such As Tactical Operational Flight Trainers (TOFTS), avionics maintenance and weapons load trainer, composite maintenance trainer, ELSOPTT, rear crew trainer, and automatic flight control system trainer for the government of Australia. Additional tasks include dten laptop testing, ELSOPTT DDG new build, projector upgrades for TOFTS, and RAN MH-60R system configuration 18 upgrade for two RAN MH-60R TOFTS.

May 2023:
CAE USA Inc., Tampa, Florida, is awarded a $67,636,228 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to procure one MH-60R Enhanced Landing Safety Officer Part Task Trainer (ELSOPTT) and associated data packages. Additionally this contract provides for various technical engineering change requests modifications and system configuration upgrades for fielded training systems, to include Tactical Operational Flight Trainers, Avionics Maintenance and Weapons Load Trainer, Composite Maintenance Trainer, ELSOPTT, Rear Crew Trainer, and Automatic Flight Control System Trainer for the government of Australia. Work will be performed in North South Wales, Australia (65%); and Tampa, Florida (35%), and is expected to be completed in May 2028. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(4). The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (N6134023D0004).
