Government Description
Civil and structural Architecture-Engineering (AE) services provided under an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. Work performed includes AE design and engineering for the repair and replacement of railroad culverts, warehouse renovations, road and utility infrastructure repairs, seismic and structural assessments, water main replacements, storm water and sanitary sewer system studies, fire protection system designs, electrical substation repairs, and facility renovations at various locations within the NAVFAC northwest area of operations. Services also encompass site engineering investigations, geotechnical surveys, hazardous material assessments, and comprehensive evaluations for remediation options. Projects are conducted primarily in Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, with potential for work in other U.S. And worldwide locations.

Reid Middleton,* Everett, Washington, is awarded a $100,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for civil and structural architecture-engineering services at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest area of operations. Work will be performed in Washington state (75%); Alaska (22%); Oregon (1%); Idaho (1%); and Montana (1%), and may also include other areas of the U.S., and worldwide. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months and is expected to be complete by January 2027. Fiscal 2021 military construction (Navy) design contract funds in the amount of $1,000 for the minimum guarantee are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Future task orders will be primarily funded by operation and maintenance (Navy); and military construction (Navy). This contract was competitively procured via the Contract Opportunities website with six proposals received. NAVFAC Northwest, Silverdale, Washington, is the contracting activity (N44255-22-D-1500).
