Government Description
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, SUPERVISION, TOOLS, MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION AND MANAGEMENT NECESSARY FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE LEASE VEHICLES, WITH UNLIMITED MILEAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ATTACHMENT 1, PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. INCLUDES SUPPORTING VARIOUS DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) ACTIVITIES IN GUAM BY DELIVERING LEASED VEHICLES THAT MEET PREDEFINED PERFORMANCE STANDARDS, SUCH AS COMPLIANCE WITH MANUFACTURER MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATIONS, VEHICLES FREE OF DEFECTS AFFECTING SERVICEABILITY OR APPEARANCE, MATCHING TIRES IN SIZE, TYPE, AND PLY RATING, AND VEHICLES MEETING CURRENT EPA CORPORATE AVERAGE FUEL ECONOMY (CAFE) RATINGS. SERVICES ARE PERFORMED FOR CLIENTS AUTHORIZED BY NAVFAC MARIANAS TRANSPORTATION AT NAVAL BASE GUAM, ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, AND MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BLAZ.
