Government Description
Grounds maintenance and tree trimming services provided at various military locations on Guam and northern mariana islands. The contractor performs all labor, supervision, management, tools, material, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental engineering necessary to accomplish grounds maintenance and tree trimming at U.S. Military facilities, including naval base Guam and Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), under both Firm Fixed Price (FFP) recurring work and Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) non-recurring work. Non-recurring work includes grounds maintenance at Army reserve barrigada compound, tree and branch removal at camp covington buildings 526 & 586, and powerline tree maintenance at various locations on naval base Guam. Work is performed within the naval facilities engineering systems command (NAVFAC) marianas area of operations, including Guam and the northern marianas islands.
