Includes pavement installation and maintenance involving aggregate base course, asphalt base course, and asphalt wearing course; concrete rehabilitation and maintenance; and installation and maintenance of traffic control devices such as guardrails and pavement markings. The contractor is also responsible for mobilization readiness and response time capabilities, as well as preparing and coordinating relevant documentation and maintaining coordination between all parties involved.
