REGIONAL INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR UTILITIES DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS FOR HAMPTON ROADS REGION, VIRGINIA. WORK INCLUDES MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION, CLEANING, PAINTING, REPAIR, TESTING, AND REPLACEMENT OF UTILITY SYSTEMS LOCATED BOTH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE FACILITIES, INCLUDING STEAM AND CONDENSATE DISTRIBUTION, SANITARY SEWAGE SYSTEMS, STORM WATER DRAINAGE, REHABILITATION OF LINES, SCADA SYSTEMS, FIRE PROTECTION WATER SYSTEMS, HYDRANTS, WATER AND SALTWATER DISTRIBUTION, OILY WATER-WASTE OIL SYSTEMS, COMPRESSED AIR, NATURAL GAS, AND PROPANE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS. ADDITIONAL TASKS INVOLVE REPAIRING ROADS AND SIDEWALKS, VALVES, PUMPS, MOTORS, MANHOLES, WET WELLS, CONTROLS, AND STRUCTURAL AND PIPE SUPPORTS, AS WELL AS IMPLEMENTING SUSTAINABILITY EFFORTS TO MINIMIZE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS. THE CONTRACTOR PROVIDES ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, SAFETY MEASURES, SURVEYS, LAYOUT WORK, AND MANAGEMENT NECESSARY TO FULFILL TASK ORDERS IN THE HAMPTON ROADS, VA AREA.
