Government Description
A-E IDIQ for large projects. This contract provides Architect-Engineer (A-E) services in support of large design projects, primarily in the hampton roads, Virginia area, and may include multi-discipline services. Work performed includes preliminary design authority for an ammunition supply point at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, HVAC Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) for electrification, architectural and design services for secure space renovations, oily wastewater treatment plant upgrades, corrosion rehabilitation facility design, machine shop repairs, aircraft maintenance hangar and airfield improvements, commissioning services, physical and topographic surveys, subsurface utility engineering, and repairs for HVAC and student housing electrification. Additional services include construction scheduling, commissioning, and design for operations and surveillance facilities at various military installations.

Clark Nexsen-Michael Baker JV, Charlotte, North Carolina, is awarded a $95,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineer (A-E) contract for A-E services in support of large projects primarily in the Hampton Roads, Virginia, area of operations. The work to be performed provides for A-E large design projects but may also include multi-discipline services. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of January 2029. The first task order is being awarded at $1,299,457 for preliminary design authority for Ammunition Supply Point, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Work for this task order will be performed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
