LLC,* Portland, Maine, is awarded a maximum-value $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for architect-engineer services in support of projects primarily at Naval Submarine Base New London, Connecticut; and Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island.
