Government Description
Industrial & electrical services Maine - base year - recurring work. Provides facility investment and electrical services at portsmouth naval shipyard, kittery, Maine and other areas of responsibility, including maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition, and minor construction. Tasks performed include sewer and drain clearing, sewage lift station cleaning and repair, auxiliary generator system maintenance, fire pump servicing, electrical testing and maintenance, UPS servicing, catch basin cleaning and jetting, water purification system maintenance, potable water system servicing (including backflow prevention devices), underground locate services, oil/water separator cleaning, and bridge cleaning and sealant. Additional work includes generator control and actuator replacement, breaker and panel controller repairs, condensate pump rebuilds, water softener repair, line jetting, emergency sewer pumping and bypass installation, and valve replacements at sewage lift stations.
