8(A) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for design-build/design-bid-build construction projects at Naval Station Norfolk (NSN), Naval Support Activity (NSA) hampton roads, norfolk and chesapeake, Virginia. Work performed includes asbestos removal and abatement, installation and replacement of water fountains, window a/C units, chillers, and transformers, mold remediation, bathroom and administrative space renovations, window tinting, and elevator modifications. Additional tasks involve water extraction and mitigation, repair of water and fire damage, cleanup of sewage, drain unclogging and repair, security upgrades, emission monitoring system testing, and repairs to underground electrical cables and boiler systems. Projects also cover flood mitigation, pump station modifications, and restoration of spaces affected by leaks or other damage.
