The contractor performs facility investment services including maintenance and repair of Heating, Ventilation, And Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment and Direct Digital Controls (DDC) at the base and associated facilities in new london and stonington, CT. Includes recurring and non-recurring tasks such as HVAC system repairs, replacement of chillers, air handling units (AHUS), pumps, fans, compressors, refrigeration piping, duct cleaning, installation and upgrade of control systems, and temporary HVAC solutions for specific facilities. Services also cover repairs and replacements for hot water heaters, expansion tanks, cooling tower motors, and related components as designated by task orders.
