UTILITIES IDIQ PROVIDES INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR UTILITIES DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS IN THE HAMPTON ROADS REGION, VIRGINIA. WORK PERFORMED INCLUDES MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION, CLEANING, PAINTING, REPAIR, TESTING, AND REPLACEMENT OF VARIOUS UTILITY SYSTEMS SUCH AS STEAM AND CONDENSATE, SANITARY SEWAGE, STORM WATER DRAINAGE, FIRE PROTECTION WATER, HYDRANTS, WATER DISTRIBUTION, OILY WATER/WASTE OIL (OWWO), COMPRESSED AIR, NATURAL GAS, AND PROPANE SYSTEMS. TASKS ALSO ENCOMPASS EMERGENCY REPAIRS, CCTV INSPECTIONS, LEAK INVESTIGATIONS, PUMP AND VALVE REPLACEMENTS, SEWER AND WATER LINE REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS, AND SUSTAINABILITY EFFORTS TO MINIMIZE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS. SERVICES ARE EXECUTED AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS INCLUDING FACILITIES, BUILDINGS, PIERS, TRENCHES, MANHOLES, PUMP STATIONS, AND RELATED APPURTENANCES, WITH ALL NECESSARY LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, SUPERVISION, SAFETY MEASURES, AND PERMITS PROVIDED.

Hampton Roads Mechanical of Virginia Inc.,* Chesapeake, Virginia, is awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum amount of $100,000,000 for the maintenance, inspection, cleaning, painting, repair, testing, and replacement of utility systems at various installations in the Hampton Roads, Virginia, area. The initial task order is being awarded at $5,000 for the minimum guarantee. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of September 2025.
