Government Description
Facility support, IDIQ - custodial services. Services include recurring and scheduled cleaning, emptying waste and recycling containers, entrance cleaning, lunch/break room cleaning, window blinds and interior glass surfaces, drinking fountains, floor care, sweeping, dust mopping, vacuuming carpets and rugs, cleaning walk-off mats, spray cleaning and buffing, damp mopping, stripping, coating and buffing, carpet and rug deep cleaning, restroom services, debris removal, high and low area cleaning, and exterior and interior window cleaning at portsmouth naval shipyard, kittery, Maine. The contractor is required to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform custodial services and respond to service calls and maintenance requirements for various locations and buildings throughout the installation and supporting annexes.
