Government Description
This acquisition will result in the award of a FFP IDIQ contract for facility related services. The source of the requirement is the NAVFAC wash. This contract will provide grounds maintenance services and pavement clearance services throughout ndw. Additionally, the contract encompasses the development and execution of a Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) for a comprehensive energy resilience project at NSA annapolis, including the construction and integration of a new Combined Heat and Power (CHP) co-generation plant, an associated microgrid, and the relocation and upgrade of critical electrical infrastructure such as the 13C-1 electrical substation and natural gas supply systems.
