Bluestone-InterSpec JV, Malvern, Pennsylvania, is awarded a maximum-value $30,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for multi-media compliance support with an emphasis on fuel storage tanks/spill, air, and waste/materials in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Washington area of responsibility and other U.S. territories. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., and in other U.S. territories, and is expected to be completed by January 2027. Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,000 for guaranteed minimum award will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the beta.sam.gov website, with three offers received.
