Deloitte Consulting LLP, Arlington, Virginia, is awarded a $278,530,968 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the modernization of information technology and operational technology systems. Work will be performed across the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) area of responsibility worldwide with an expected completion date of May 2031. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Navy funds in the amount of $6,817,802 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured as it is being awarded under the Small Business Innovation Research program under the authority provided in Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement 5219.201(c)(10)(A)(ii). The NAVFAC Expeditionary Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, California, is the contracting activity (N39430-26-D-5001).
