Includes topside and underwater bridge inspections, bridge load capacity analysis and load ratings, analysis of existing conditions and comparison to previous inspection reports, design of bridge repairs, field investigations and underwater inspections, engineering analyses of bridges’ structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, review of construction plans and specifications, environmental studies in support of permit applications, documentation of findings and report preparation, cost estimation for bridge rehabilitation, construction and installation schedules development, and underwater geotechnical and above water surveying at Navy and Department of Defense installations worldwide.

Engineering Operations LLC,* Littleton, Colorado, is awarded a $12,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for architect-engineering services. This contract provides for bridge inspection and assessment services. Work will be performed within the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) area of operations and will be completed by December 2029. Fiscal 2025 Navy working capital funds in the amount of $10,000 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via SAM.gov in a combined synopsis/solicitation, with six offers received.
