BASE PERIOD - ROTA MACC. THE WORK PERFORMED UNDER THIS INDEFINITE-DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) INCLUDES DESIGN-BUILD AND DESIGN-BID-BUILD PROJECTS SUCH AS NEW CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATIONS, ALTERATIONS, DEMOLITION, AND REPAIR WORK FOR GENERAL BUILDING TYPES INCLUDING WATERFRONT, PIER, QUAY, INDUSTRIAL, AIRFIELD, AIRCRAFT HANGAR, INFRASTRUCTURE, ADMINISTRATIVE, TRAINING, RETAIL, FOOD SERVICE, DORMITORY, AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT FACILITIES FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ACTIVITIES IN SPAIN MANAGED BY NAVFAC EURAFSWA. SPECIFIC TASKS COMPLETED INCLUDE REPAIR OF THE CDC PLAYGROUND, HIGH VOLTAGE DISTRIBUTION REPAIR FOR LCAC, CONSTRUCTION OF A PAVEMENT AND GROUNDS FACILITY AT MORON AIR BASE, INTERIOR RENOVATION OF BUILDINGS #8 AND #222 FOR NEPMU7, REPLACEMENT OF A 2400V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FROM TRANSFORMER TO FUEL TANKS, WINDOWS REPLACEMENT, AND INSTALLATION OF A GT4 MINNOW GROUND TERMINAL. WORK MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED AT OTHER LOCATIONS ON THE IBERIAN PENINSULA AS APPROVED BY NAVFAC EURAFSWA.
