Mar 2023: Integrits Corp.,* San Diego, California, is awarded a $14,918,694 cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of operation and maintenance support for the Mobile At-Sea Sensor System (MATSS) vessel at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Hawaii. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $18,755,728. Work will be performed in the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, and is expected to be complete by March 2025. If all options are exercised, work will continue through September 2025. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funding in the amount of $2,500 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with three offers received via sam.gov.
