Magtab small eud. The F-35 lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO) requires non-personal services to transform foundational business processes and streamline workload for government personnel, providing comprehensive operational support. Tasks include administering and maintaining the F-35 Defense Ready (DR) database, updating user permissions, generating reports, supporting manpower drills, updating personnel information in NAVAIR’s demand services requirements tool, maintaining organizational charts and phone lists, assisting with personnel in-processing and out-processing, serving as a point of contact for administrative support, monitoring communications, creating status reports, conducting trend analyses of HR metrics, supporting the F-35 Commanders Action Group (CAG), preparing communications materials for external stakeholders, managing internal communication workflows, supporting digital site management for jpo intranet and social media channels, and providing congressional liaison support.
