Raytheon Co., Goleta, California, is awarded a $30,981,359 long-term, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of three ALE-50 towed decoy system components in support of the F/A-18E/F aircraft. The contract includes a five-year base period with no options. Work will be performed in Forest, Mississippi (75%); and Goleta, California (25%). Work is expected to be completed by December 2026. Working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $6,307,158 will be obligated at the time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One company was solicited for this non-competitive requirement under authority 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), with one offer received.
