Young & Rubicam LLC, doing business as VMLY&R, New York, New York, is awarded an $88,416,747 single-award, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide marketing and advertising services in support of Commander, Navy Recruiting Command. The contract will include a one-year base ordering period beginning in May with four one-year ordering period options, which if exercised, will bring the total value to $455,182,742. The base ordering period is expected to be completed by May 2022; if all options are exercised, the ordering period will be completed by May 2026. Work will be performed in Memphis, Tennessee (59%); and New York, New York (41%). Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000,000 will be obligated to fund the contract’s minimum amount and funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
