Government Description
Lenel support services provided for organization 105, focusing on comprehensive support for the lenel Electronic Security System (ESS), including Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), card access, closed circuit television (CCTV), and the employee badging system. Includes full life cycle support such as preventive, corrective, on-call, and emergency maintenance; configuration management; and necessary upgrades to sustain operational performance. Maintenance is performed in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and government requirements, with implementation of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and development of a 12-MONTH preventive maintenance schedule. Personnel must hold required licenses and certifications, be capable of testing and servicing battery backups and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and comply with all applicable DOD, Navy, and nswc ihd security requirements including maintaining a top secret facility clearance.
