Supports the manufacture of 11.5" and 14.5" Cold Hammer-Forged (CHF) M4 barrels, including carbine-length and mid-length gas systems, gas blocks, and associated hardware for the urg-i. Includes production of mid-length gas tubes with roll pins, with all manufacturing performed in black creek, Georgia. Deliverables provided in accordance with salient characteristics and quality standards specified by Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) crane.

Daniel Defense Inc.,* Black Creek, Georgia, is awarded a $9,100,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for 11.5” and 14.5” cold hammer-forged barrels for the Upper Receiver Group – Improved. Work will be performed entirely in Black Creek, Georgia, and is expected to be completed by March 2027. Fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds of $3,000 will be obligated at the time of award, of which $3,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
