Overview
Government Description
Repairs, refurbishments, cables, technical assistance, and obsolescence management in support of the Naval Tactical Computer Resource (NTCR) program legacy electronic equipment. Additional work includes the reutilization, repair, and refurbishment of legacy electronic equipment such as combat system displays, computer systems, peripheral systems, and videocassette tape recorders. The contract also covers installation of repaired NTCR equipment, incidental cable assemblies, and technical assistance for troubleshooting and restoration, including support for pblo radar systems. Obsolescence management and cable manufacturing are also performed to ensure continued operational capability of legacy systems.

URS Federal Services Inc., an AECOM Co., Germantown, Maryland, is awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in support of the Naval Tactical Computer Resource (NTCR) program for the reutilization, repair, or refurbishment of legacy electronic equipment. Contract requirements also include installation of repaired NTCR equipment, incidental cable assemblies, and obsolescence management. The types of equipment being reutilized, repaired, or refurbished include: combat system displays, computer systems, peripheral systems, and videocassette tape recorders. Work will be performed in Odon, Indiana, and is expected to be completed by September 2028.
