BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA) FOR THE ACQUISITION OF VARIOUS ITEMS IN REPAIR, MODIFICATION, OR UPGRADE OF MULTIPLE NATIONAL ITEM IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS (NIINS). WORK PERFORMED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES SPARES, REPAIR/OVERHAUL, MODIFICATION, MANAGEMENT, PIECE PARTS, DATA REPORT, AND ADDING ITEM(S) FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY, NAVSUP WSS. THE AGREEMENT AUTHORIZES EXCEPTIONS TO FAIR OPPORTUNITY DUE TO UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS THAT CAN ONLY BE MET BY A LIMITED NUMBER OF RESPONSIBLE SOURCES.
