Mar 2026:
Lockheed Martin Corp., Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded $60,643,363 for a firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of 123 components that support the SPY-1 Radar System for the Aegis Weapon System. The contract does not contain an option provision. All work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and ordering under the contract is expected to be completed by March 2031. No funding will be obligated at the time of award. Individual delivery orders will be funded with appropriate fiscal year working capital funds (Navy) at the time of their issuance and those funds will not expire at the end of the applicable fiscal year. One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and one offer received.
