Feb 2017: Raytheon Technical Services Co., Indianapolis, Indiana, is being awarded a $49,997,847 indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity hybrid, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract (N00039-17-D-0004) for the procurement of Program Executive Office Command Control Communications Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Environmental Satellite Receiver Processor (ESRP) (AN/SMQ-11 and AN/FMQ-17) program.  ESRP is for engineering, production, procurement, in-service engineering agent, and support services.  Work will be performed primarily in Indianapolis, Indiana, and work is expected to be completed in September 2022.  No funds will be obligated at the time of award.  Funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued to the contractor using fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance (Navy); fiscal 2017 other procurement (Navy); research, development, test and evaluation; and ship construction (Navy) funds.  This contract was a sole-source procurement in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.  The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity (N00039-17-D-0004).
